Allison is officially out of school for summer break!
I think she took great pleasure in tossing out her school papers and binder. Cant really blame her for being happy!

10 things I must do this autumn season...even if i live in las vegas...
1. Buy sunfowers for on our new table
2. Scrapbook with my besties (Oct 4th)
3. Shop and carve pumpkins
4. Make pumpkin muffins and pumpkin bread
5. Have a Halloween party
6. Purchase fun sweaters
7. Make some fun scarves in all shades of orange, browns and yellows
8. attend and make some fun fall crafts
9. avoid spiders...at all costs!
10. Family Pictures Oct 24th
I have discovered this year that Las Vegas is lacking many things I loved when I lived in Minnesota...Here is my list!

1. Fall leaves and the smell of fall

Happy Tuesday...yeah I am a little blog happy today.
So you all know by now how much I love where I work and that I love being a wedding coordinator.

Pumpkin Pie Recipe for my AUNT SHERRY
Pumpkin Pie (Wheat-Free, Egg-Free, and Dairy-Free) |

Crust: 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all purpose baking flour 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons french vanilla soy creamer Pie Filling: 2 cups canned pumpkin | 1 cup french vanilla soy creamer 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
| 1. | Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). |
| 2. | Stir together all purpose gluten-free flour and 1 teaspoon salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil and soy creamer until creamy. Pour oil mixture into flour mixture, stir with fork until blended. Pat the crust into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven. Remove and set aside. |
| 3. | Decrease oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place pumpkin, soy creamer, brown sugar, cornstarch, corn syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and cloves in a blender. Blend until combined. Pour into prebaked pie crust. Place foil around the edges of the pie crust and bake for 60 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean. Cool pie on counter for 2 hours then refrigerate overnight before serving. |

CHRISTMAS CARD AND TAG MAKING PARTY!!!
I have a couple options for you guys. So when you RSVP please let me know what you will be doing so I can place an order for your kits. I can now take paypal payments if you wish to pay by debit or credit card, cash or check. Let me know if you want to look through the catalog and see the kit and stampset we will be using. This is going to be so much fun.
Option one:
HOLIDAY CARD WORKSHOP $25.00
Stamp 25 Christmas/Holiday cards and 25 holiday gift tags. I will provide the precut cardstock, ink, stamps, embellishments and cricut machine for you to use to create your cards.
Please bring your own adhesive or purchase adhesive from me (Glue sticks or Mono adhesive).
Option Two:
HOLIDAY SCRAPBOOK KIT $25.00
Create and assemble 8 scrapbook pages using the CTMH Jingle paper packet. Cardstock, stickers, ink, stamps, embellishments and cricut machine for you to use to create your scrapbook pages.
Please bring your own adhesive or purchase adhesive from me (Glue sticks or Mono adhesive).
My cousin and I will be providing enchiladas for lunch. Please bring a dish or snack or beverage to share.
RSVP by November 2nd so I have time to order our supplies.
